Sales Manager (m/f/d):

Responsibilities
  • Join our team of experienced Sales and Marketing professionals to drive the sale of our state-of-the-art digitization platform
  • Analyze the market, observe competitors, derive strategies and refine your approach in close collaboration with our management team
  • Identify opportunities and qualify leads suitable for a rapid commercial success
  • Close both strategic and highly profitable business securing the sustainable growth of our company
  • Analyze customer requirements with Product Owners and deliver meaningful input to your engineering colleagues
  • Produce proposals and quotations as well as contracts in close collaboration with our management as well as our lawyers
  • Test and refine communication strategies and be vocal on Social media
Qualifications
  • You are well versed with typical industrial (software) environments in manufacturing and product development
  • Good handling of common software tools such as Office 365, Hubspot Suite, etc.
  • Experienced with typical sales cycles in Industries such as Automotive
  • You are working reliably and independently, and you possess great analytical and methodical skills as well as a positive mindset
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes and challenges in a dynamic world and a young spirited attitude to work
  • Excellent competencies in spoken and written German and English
